Get help from the Routes to Delivery team
The Routes to Delivery team is a beta service, here to help public sector organisations find the best way to use digital technology to deliver better public services.
What the Routes to Delivery team does
Gives advice
The team offers practical guidance. This includes face-to-face contact and through online content on the Digital Scotland Service Manual.
Works with teams
The Routes to Delivery team will talk with you to understand what your goals are and what your service needs. If possible, the team will suggest existing, reusable service patterns, components or channels (including mygov.scot channels) so that you don’t have to start from scratch.
Plans your delivery route
The Routes to Delivery team will work with you to help design a strategic route to delivery, outlining the best practice process and identifying viable reuse opportunities.
The Routes to Delivery team do not:
- do custom design or development
- create tailored designs or build your service
- deliver, build or run your service
