Usability service facilities for user testing

We have a range of facilities for remote and in person testing. We provide different levels of support depending on your business needs and skill levels. We can:

  • work with you to conduct testing, uncover insights and develop recommendations
  • advise you on how to carry out testing yourself
  • arrange access to the Scottish Government Usability Lab in Victoria Quay, Edinburgh
  • let you shadow us to learn more about usability testing and user research in general

Test room

A cosy space, ideal for bringing in 1 or 2 participants for:

  • usability testing
  • accessibility testing
  • concept testing
  • in-depth interviews
  • small group interviews

Observation room

This sits up to 8 people.

There's a wall mounted screen and lots of wall space for observers to capture their notes on post-its and stick them on the wall.
